I led the complete rebranding of Femella, a Delhi-based fashion brand focused on empowering women through thoughtful design. Beyond reshaping its visual identity, we embedded a bold strategic mantra: "You are your own label."
While we initially envisioned a high-impact promotional film, budget realities required us to pivot. Still, I managed the entire process: writing the campaign, developing the strategy, and overseeing production. This experience was a masterclass in balancing creativity with pragmatism—and a reminder that the best work often demands patience, courage, and relentless perseverance. What stayed true? The ambition to redefine comfort and confidence for India’s modern woman, ensuring every detail reflected Femmella’s mission of empowerment and inclusivity.
The Personalization Play
In a market saturated with generic messaging, we flipped the script. Instead of plastering the brand’s name everywhere, we sent select customers clothes with their names on the labels—subtly stitched into the garment’s interior. This wasn’t just a gimmick; it was a statement: Your identity matters more than our logo.
